We realistically can’t be flogging a 36 year old to death either. We should be able to manage his minutes next season to get the best out of him, it is not going to end well if we’re flogging him and asking him to do 90 minutes at his age every week.

He’s pretty much irreplaceable at the moment. Losing the best tackling player in the league would hit us hard.
