That is the starting point but there is usually some gerrymandering between the Isthmian and Southern Leagues to help some geographic anomalies. Also some clubs might voluntarily drop a division to reduce travel costs etc.

Just finished Andor. Like everyone has already said, it's TV at it's finest. Actually made me remember why I loved the original trilogy.

You won’t be disappointed. The ending is phenomenal. Andor was/is hands down the best Star Wars content there is. We will not see anything half as good again in the franchise. Brilliant. It will clean up at the Emmy’s and deservedly so...

Just finished the final three. It is exceptional, probably the best Star Wars thing ever made (including Empire Strikes Back). Its the best thing that has been on TV for at least the past ten years, too.
