good point - my note was about averages across the league, all players - to get it to a specific club situation will be interesting. Does the PFA or any such group provide details as to player contract terms?

It will be interesting to see - avg wages for a player across the league were reported to be 47k (pounds)/season - I think this was in 2023 - for 22 matches, that would make a per match average of 2,136/match - the same season wage across 26...
