Yes mate - the email I got sent to me with my ticket, I just forwarded that and my brother was able to download without issue to his wallet and got in no problems

Called Customer service - they stated the ticket has been emailed. I let them know I haven’t received it, checked spam folders etc etc - nothing. They said they will send it again but still haven’t received it.. Not exactly a premium experience so far
