Good example is how the idiots running the circus didn't know where to put costs associated to the stadium one year which I think lead to the points deductions since they could not be exempted from the PSR calculations.

Chelsea have done some, er, creative stuff but it's worth remembering that ManU's revenue is about 4x ours. PSR looks at losses, not expenditure.
