Instead of bringing in new rules they should focus on fixing the rules they already have in place, and maybe start punishing teams that blatantly ignore the rules.

I have never heard anyone say they think it would be a good idea to rule out a goal scored after a goalkeeper parries a penalty kick and a fellow knocks in the rebound.
