How does volunteering work nowadays ?
Back in late 90s and early 00's you could apply to be a volunteer, get accepted, turn up at the festival, get let in for free and then just disappear for the weekend having never done a single bit of work.
Very hard mate, cos you've got to get the right blend of blue, the correct pressure when shading with a blue crayon, then match the felt tip colour with the crayon, then a splodge of paint, super glue the badge on, put it in a dark wash, iron it...
