I would be concerned that there is no long term planning or strategy in place if we spent significant money on Tomas Soucek if I’m being brutally honest.

In my opinion Soucek is miles better than Doucs. That said , I am not sure he is the kind of profile that we should be looking at.

Ian Herbert (the Daily Fail) says Moyes is not interested in Luiz. The Fail is generally tragic/axe-grinding on us but Ian is ex Post/Echo (wrote a famous Paisley biography) and knows Moyes well so maybe this is valid.
