Had a lot of that during my playthrough. Updated my Nvidia drivers recently and now it's started crashing to desktop a whole lot more as well. Fantastic game, but the stability of the PC port is questionable at best. Bethesda doing Bethesda things.

Bit worrying they are using Unreal Engine 5 given it apparantrly isn't suited to open world games and has notorious issues with microstutters
