How much are these resale prices?

I've entered every ballot as a FB+ and only missed Villa, Spurs and the derby all season. So 14/17 so far with the Sunderland ballot only one remaining Did manage to get those three I missed on resale so between the two haven't missed a game...

Does anyone know how many games on avg you would be expected to get selected for on forever blue or is it just better to pay the extra money and get forever blue+?
