It was mentioned by Mark Douglas aswell I think, and he's been pretty clued up on Everton stuff the last couple of years. I very much doubt it's a deal we're in any rush to do, more that they're open to the idea of bringing him back if other...

Europe definitely shouldn't be seen as unrealistic, the margins in the league are small and it's not that big a step to get into that mix. I do think we need to be careful no to extrapolate too much from the end of last season though. There's...

Would be an excellent option back up, throw is your stereotypical 3rd choice 36 year old good trainer and we have a goalkeeping team Forster or Fabianski probably

It's called an emoji – a small digital image or icon used to express an idea or emotion. In this case, the colour blue represents the team Everton FC, while the circular shape represents a circle.

That doesn't mean anything really. Very similar to us not extending Doucoure's contract like we could have done but then offering him one on reduced terms. I've always thought him coming back was a possibility, he is the type of player Moyes...

I do think it's slightly more complex than that to be fair. Signing the number of players isn't really a big deal at all, the issue is that we're trying to sign both numbers and quality. What I mean is, we're a side that hasn't finished higher...

'Are they complaining about back up goalie links yet?' 'They are mate yeah'

That wasn't what the conversation was about though, it was always about stats, somebody was just talking about looking at slightly less basic stats than the ones which were being put forward. Nobody said the only way to judge things was through...

Mad how teams are still going for Ramsdale Even if he was the best keeper in the world I wouldn't touch him, purely out of superstition

Should do both. Stats are misleading if you don't know how to use them, and absolutely are contextual. Exactly the same applies to watching a player - it's misleading if you aren't good at analysing player, and also entirely contextual. All I'm...

It's really not hard to believe at all though. That's not to big Harrison up, just the reality of how big the step up is from junior football to the PL. Put simply, it's not hugely likely that there's a winger in our academy who will go on to...

I'm always quick enough to jump on those I perceive to be cryarsing about nothing happening when they don't know what's going on behind the scenes so I feel like I should also take issue with this, for the sake of balance. We absolutely COULD be...

Can’t speak for anyone else but I’ve got bigger concerns than how quick or slow our transfers dealings are

I don't think our loans have been too bad generally speaking. Obviously they haven't all been amazing successes but realistically they're not likely to be just because of the type of player who is likely to be available to loan.

I think we definitely need 3 strikers and Chermiti needs football so it's a tricky one. Finding the right calibre to be third choice is difficult. Ideally a young lad with potential like Chermiti is what we need. Don't want us to go down the road...
