In his limited appearances I think he's shown glimpses of quality. Not saying he's looked like a world beater or anything, but there have just been little hints of genuine ability there, something I haven't seen in plenty of other young strikers...

Yeah i looked into it a couple of years ago because someone was insisting that white socks were traditional but my memories of buying full kits when i was a kid were all with blue socks. Don't quote me because i'm going from memory but I'm pretty...

Yeah I saw his answer. I just saw the video this morning and the picture on the homepage where they're all sat in the stands and it isn't in either of those so I'd assumed it wasn't included in the release.

Yeah it’s on there, so not sure why isn’t on sale.

They haven't released the keeper kit have they? It's not in any of the pictures or videos.

The white socks thing is a pretty new phenomenon to be honest, it's not like that's traditionally how our kits have been. I'd guess the recent run of kits over the last 10 years or so is probably the longest period we've ever had white socks for.

Outside of this forum, it seems well received. Feel people moan for the sake of moaning. Its fine, there's only so much you can do with Blue. What you perceive to be "smash it out the park", others may perceive to be naff. The joys of opinion.

Yes true. I think it can become a bit of a binary debate too. Like you either want us to sign Mangala long term, or he's rubbish and a poor signing. Whereas he came in, did a job for us at a difficult time, and now we can look for better...

Lanolin replied to the thread Confirmed Signing Thierno Barry.
I assume he means he looked like Sandro did in the under 21 tournament he was playing in when we signed him, not he looked like Sandro on a specific meme. It isn't an unfair shout in relation to what he showed last night at all, but obviously...

In fairness Woltemade is 23 1/2 and a full international playing in an under 21 tournament. He does look very good, but you would expect him to really.

Surely the point is more that it isn't actually the design of the kit that is making you think it looks nice, it's everything that goes with it. The Port Vale one - with no sponsor, old style badge, muted colour pallet etc - looks nice. The...

I just don't think you can smash it out of the park to be honest. There's maybe one kit every 10 years in the entire world of football that I see and think wow they've nailed that but I'd imagine that at the exact same time as i'm thinking that...

Last years one in going for £14 at the moment. The away one is a stunner. That kit will never be more expensive then it is right now, i got one at Xmas last year i think for about £30. I quite like wearing kits out of years, id wear a random...

I guess Drico from the internet knows stadium financing better than Dan Meis.

An extra 8,000 seats would have generated less than £6m per year in revenue at a cost of hundreds of millions. Theres no argument for it other than willy waving, based on our current finances and on pitch performance.
