Same thing happened to my mate when he tried to get in - they told him to go to the ticket office, he politely declined and told them where to go, and so they let him in anyway. Nobody was sat in his seat when he got in either.

In the literal sense the issues can be fixed longer term. In the short term they can't be fixed. They're not going to put in escalators over the international break. They're not going to redesign and extend the entire concourse to fit more bars...
