Might have been said already but thought he got it wrong by putting McNeil on the right. He simply can't play there. Should've swapped him with Danjuma and had both going to the byline and getting the ball across.
Looking for positives, perhaps it could be seen as a plus that a result and performance that bad have come so early into the season. There really can be no illusions that we are in serious trouble (yet again) if we don't see significant changes right away.
He'll end up here, Leeds will lodge some sort of complaint and we'll be the first team in about 20 years to get in trouble for 'tapping up' (remember when that used to be a thing?).
Leeds will surely be more reluctant than ever to sell Gnonto to us now we're taking Harrison off them. Probably fling him to Villa for less than they were willing to accept from us.
So what's actually going on? Was he ready but had another set back before the game? Or was it simply decided he was still not yet ready to be involved in a Premier League game?
Obviously his goal return is poor but is it a fair comparison? Those two are out and out strikers, while Dobbin looks like more of a support striker or winger. He's never going to lead the line.
