My 4th time in the stadium and I've virtually walked straight in each time. Last night was in a line with maybe 10 people in front of me, walked in a minute after joining the line.

I agree with this. They clearly know there has been a major problem so why not post something on the website acknowledging the issues, stating what actions they are taking to fix it, providing a timescale of when people should have tickets...
I gave up my ST a few years back and probably go to about 4 or 5 games a season now.
I feel so sorry for people who like me are hopeless with IT and are struggling with e ticket issues and lack of club contact / communication.
