The club could have kept the ticket prices at around 50-60 quid a game and took the hit on about 2m revenue a year - hardly a game changer amount.

This is just a silly counter-argument. The new pricing structure puts our ticket prices higher than LFCs - by some distance (£61 is their highest). Now given that the two clubs share a similar demographic in terms of local fan base...

The whole system is rubbish. Not designed to help supporters, just to maximise profit for them. Their distain for the match going fan appears to be growing with each decision.
