We put footballers on a pedestal or tear them apart when they dont perform. We forget they are just normal people with families too. A wife and 3 little kids see their whole world ripped apart along with all other family members. Terrible.

Feel for all his family, but genuinely cant even begin to fathom how his wife must be feeling. Marries the man she loves, and loses him a week later. Awful, awful news. RIP.
