We put footballers on a pedestal or tear them apart when they dont perform. We forget they are just normal people with families too. A wife and 3 little kids see their whole world ripped apart along with all other family members. Terrible.

Feel for all his family, but genuinely cant even begin to fathom how his wife must be feeling. Marries the man she loves, and loses him a week later. Awful, awful news. RIP.

I think club have played huge part in damaging atmosphere. Take a look at derby for example, blasting songs rather than just letting fans chant, then playing forever Everton or Spirit of Blues when players were on pitch. Hopefully they turn down...
