I tend to agree. Wonderful player but on a pure skill level was he better than Sheedy? I'm not so sure Harry. EDIT I also think that Rooney had at least as much if not more technical ability.

My opinion is as worthless as anyone else’s but Age has given me the opportunity to have watched Everton teams that were the best team in Europe . Something they achieved whilst winning titles , so I’ve seen a fair few years of players before...

Every player we are linked to will be deemed a terrible idea by most on here. But then most on here derided the idea of Moyes coming back as a terrible idea.

ManU wanted to keep Cox. He was in fact one of their key backroom staff. And his job has not been about the first team but Academy. Which has produced a lot of players for the first team in last years.

Seems like good news. Certainly encouraging that we can get well regarded people to leave their current jobs and join us. On paper at least TFG seen to have gone about their work well so far. Onto the real test now.
