It's extra income alright but the artist and promoter will be taking most of it. Really all depends on the deal struck. Other revenues likely to be split also such as F&B, merchandising, parking etc.
Then deduct cost of replacing pitch etc.
Leeds aren't building a stadium from scratch and can phase it so there isn't a massive instant financial hit. This has been my issue all along here that our site does not lend itself to future expansion and we could easily find ourselves back down the ladder of stadium size/income generating...

Why would many more turn up other than those curious to see a bit of the ground. It's not as if there's merchandise there that was never there before and that it might sell out.
