I think you keep Dyche until you feel he led a 60 point team to only 50 points because his style was too passive. For now, Everton needs someone most likely to get you to 40 points with crap talent and he does that pretty well.
To (just about, nothing taken for granted) stay up, with this squad, with eight points deducted, with four games to spare, is a real achievement and proof that Dyche has made us harder to beat and more capable of staying in the Premier League...
