As @blueloon suggested above, pinning them down for a tracking number is great advice. Nothing as frustrating as waiting on something you paid for and were promised by a certain date.

I have only ever seen one house fire and it was very distressing. Sounds silly but the heat of it really shocked me. When you say solar light, are we talking something outside the house like a garden light?
