They had big issues to be fair, I think that is why the game was delayed. I walked down the north stand at about 7pm and they had a queue up to two windows that lasted until towards the end of the plaza. They were saying they hadn't received... -

Genuinely outrageous butvthe sort of thing I've sadly come to expect from the club. They will have known full and well about the empty seats available as well
