Congrats Toffees. You navigated that pretty well. I'm happy that we didn't get battered, but also that we tried to play the right way. Lots of 'minnows' try to lump it long against Prem opposition (sometimes to good effect), but we got it down...

I watched it on the TV and I get the point about having a blocked off section between the home and away supporters, but there were other blocks that were empty as well. My thought was that these were on Seat Unique and they had not been sold...

Sad.
My mate got to the turnstile yesterday and this ticket didn't work so he went the ticket office and they told him "they'd double sold this ticket" and basically went on to say whoever got in first got the seat. Even worse they couldn't reimburse... -

Nice to get the win and get through to the next round, 3 thoughts. First half Grealish was amazing again, in defence and attack, everything good came through him really. Not many teams will be that defensive against us for 90 minutes this season...

Would've liked to see us switch the play more, wingers were completely free at times. Good exercise in playing through a team that's sitting back, we were patient and didn't hoof it.
