Actually you're right and wrong. Yes he can run - albeit exceptionally slowly, wondered by west ham are very very vulnerable to the counter, huge part of that is Soucek caught upfield with zero ability to get back. His passing accuracy is out...

I mean its not because he's finished is it... its because his only half decent trait is that he occasionally scores the odd goal. He can't run. His passing is poor. He can't dribble. Exactly the type of player we should avoid.
