I think the fact many of us have actually seen him play yet retain no substantive recollection of him , apart from the vaguely humorous resemblance his name bears to an iconic character from ‘Red Dwarf’ on the team sheet.
£30m seems a lot to pay...
Not sure too many youth players are worth £35m so I think we've been generous with a £25m bid. Maybe stick on a few cheeky addons like International Games played/CL Qualification/Ballon D'or etc to facilitate.
Us looking small time is neither his fault nor his concern .
He just reports the information he receives.
It’s not his responsibility to do the deals.
Just scroll past when you see his name .
Has anyone actually seen Dibling do anything? I haven’t seen much of him and when I have, he didn’t make a lasting impression.
A lot of people seem to rate him which is a good sign so maybe I’ve just not watched the right games
Insane dribbler, very little end product. The latter pretty much to be expected at age 19 and on by far the worst team in the league. The gamble is if you can teach him to do the useful things at the end of the dribble - if you can, world-beater...
Isn’t this just a case of shooting the messenger?
Clearly we have not reached the ‘Here We Go ‘ moment on any deal yet .
That’s on the club not a reporter.

It again illustrates the problem , which I perceive as...
I doubt the Friedkin are overly concerned with Everton at the moment, we are just one among their corporate group .
They have a devolved administration system tasked with running Everton . They broad brush the strategy and the rest is up to the...
We are going after top players that won’t be cheap. It’s not like the friedkins are in the negotiation room. They are providing the funds it’s our recruitment team/moyes that are letting us down
Reminds me of that Moshiri first summer when we tried going for the likes of Juan Mata and ended up getting to August and panic buying Bolasie to try and make a statement.
New stadium, new owners, I can see why the likes of Douglas Luiz are linked.
But I can also see why we're sat here moving into August still chasing the likes of Douglas Luiz...
I should say I get the idea of trying to buy the level above , it’s the correct way to progress.
But I get the feeling we are lacking sufficient preparation before we entered the window.
The handover from Thelwell seems to have been badly managed...
