Surely our scouting yields more than one player for every position we want fill ? Very poor system if this not the case .

I am unconvinced that this particular fellow brings anything to the team that can’t be sourced less expensively from better leagues. I don’t think there are any currently reliable links anyway.

Investing in the women's team makes sense, as it will encourage more people to visit Goodison and generate revenue. Whereas, fifty odd thousand will trot down to Bramley Moore every two weeks, regardless of how we do.

It’s impressive , the owners have backed the manager and shown they are determined to do everything they can to improve the team . Like I say , the management in this case clearly had an achievable and discernible plan. It would be nice to see...
