As I said above to not hurt us, any deal like this with a loan would have to match up the amortisation figure from the fee with a “loan fee” plus wages.
As far as I understand our only constraints from a cash flow perspective is how much money the new owners are willing to invest I.e. the owners can spend as much cash as they want. But balancing the books from a PSR perspective is a different matter.
