I have 15 jobs and the longest is 2 hours. most of my clients are older than me and rely on me to look after them so it keeps me happy if I have left them with a smile on their face. The worst part of the job is the physical aspect as my knees...

Aye, they're cruel if not dealt with quickly. A good friend of mine had one at 27 and wasn't found until the morning. He's luck to be here, but he was left permanently disabled. Act quickly if you suspect someone is having one and look after...
