If Moyes, having seen how Harrison plays last season, pays money for him and gives him a contract on the kind of wages he's currently earning,it should be the last transfer he's involved with.

Hopefully this is a made up rumour. We walked away from Fellows for £8m and I assume probably half the wages in January. To then spend it this way would we very concerning. One of the reasons why I didn’t want Moyes leading recruitment.

Dude, that is an insane take. Coleman was an absolute gun fullback in the premier league for a long time. The fact that we bought him for £60k is just a bonus. He was one of the best right backs in the league year in year out for a long time. He...

Y’know, I’m ok with that. That’s another thread mind. But to keep the defensive core of the team under Moyes, that’s great. Keane will know he’s back up.

Wish him nothing but the best. Struggled with injuries but how many times did we rush him back too soon as we had nothing else.

I'm not surprised he was offered an extension, but I think with the move to the new stadium and new era amongst other things it would have been the right time for him to seek a new path, either from within the club or outside. Both he, and the...

Personally I wouldn’t have give him a new playing contract as he’s never fit. However not going to lose any sleep on it. If Moyes thinks he worth one so be it. We’d still be paying him as a coach in any event All the stories that come out are...

….no idea why some posters are so hung up on that point, i wouldn’t be in the least bothered about the type of contract he has, I doubt he’ll see much game time. The important factor is Moyes clearly wants him being part of the playing staff...

Who cares. Everything in football these days is very short term. What him signing a new deal means though, is that with so much to do building a competitive squad, we don’t have the added complication of losing our best player THIS summer. That’s...
