There's something not right with all of this. I can't speak for Everton but if they're leaving many seats empty (don't care what reason, or who's responsible, a seat is a seat), then they need to be on it already.

Thats a red herring. For most games this season the demand will be there for well over 60K if the club sold the tickets in a normal way. Both Brighton and Mansfield were declared sell outs well in advance of the game starting. The Brighton...

We haven’t sold out any of our games yet. Brighton was 51k and Mansfield was 48k. I agree on the expansion bit though. There may come a time when we need that size stadium, but it’s not now.

Pish. Kopite view. Sold out tickets in demand apparently what Americans love, yet only effing Everton can fail to fill a brand new stadium.

That’s purely administrative, though. The club has made decisions on segregation and how many tickets they are offering to Seat Unique etc. The demand is there to more than sell-out every game.
