There's something not right with all of this. I can't speak for Everton but if they're leaving many seats empty (don't care what reason, or who's responsible, a seat is a seat), then they need to be on it already.

For most games this season the demand will be there for well over 60K if the club sold the tickets in a normal way.

We haven’t sold out any of our games yet. Brighton was 51k and Mansfield was 48k.
I agree on the expansion bit though. There may come a time when we need that size stadium, but it’s not now.
That’s purely administrative, though. The club has made decisions on segregation and how many tickets they are offering to Seat Unique etc.
The demand is there to more than sell-out every game.

The stadium seems to be a good photo op now.
This will be an interesting one. We played them at home in Moyes' first match and they looked a class above us. Hopefully that won't be the case in this game. I see a tight one, possibly a 1-1.
