Proper horrible that mate. Your home is your safe place and I bloody hate it when stuff goes wrong, truky stresses me. Proper stresses me out. I think I'd cry if I found the house flooded. Sounds like it's in hand at least, just the disruption...

Get over there as often as you can on sunny days and open the doors and windows, it'll speed up the drying process.

thanx mate not really, it’s a waiting game nothing can be done to commence operation clean up etc and re do my home until it’s able to be dried out when it’s safe to.
