It's literally the word 'ARSENAL' in 7 foot lettering in front of the stadium. That's the back of the stadium overlooking a railway line mate. I googled Alama photos of that stadiums and the legend that came with the it is what it says...

That photo isn't 2006 though it's sometime between 2008-2009. Check out Google streetview the Arsenal wording over their shop wasn't there in June 2008.
