People could see it - but people also see when he is in the box he misses one-on-ones like clockwork. While he had an aerial presence in the box, the truth is his finishing, in general, is reliably poor. You expect him to miss the one-on-one...

Good luck to him. Generally one good season and not good enough. Hopefully we can replace with a striker who actually scores goals.

Make no bones the previous owners would've caved and offered him stupid money. This lot have stuck to their guns and he's seen his arse. Bravo. No personal axe to grind and he's been a good bargain buy. However, I certainly wouldn't be sucked...

It is simple for me tbh. If we are starting a new era and trying to build a more successful team to try and get back to the top end of the table and qualify for Europe, then you need to have a striker who doesn't miss almost every opportunity...

So we now have two threads. Thats almost as many goals as last season.
