‘Unprecedented rebuild’ to ‘2 or 3 more key signings’ Tbh I’m expecting the narrative to move toward this. ‘Moyes prefers a small squad, already has some good players’ etc.

We did but they weren’t really key players other than Doucoure. It was reported Moyes wanted 4-6 new additions. Maybe we’ll get a few cheap players and loans in to boost numbers but I think there will just be 2 or 3 more key signings.

Can anyone please share anything positive? We are going to get spanked in the US if we haven’t made any changes / recruitment but it’s never going to happen is it.

We don’t have the kind of budget that gets deals done immediately mate. Look at what United are spending to get players in early. Would be nice to have them in now, like, but the right players will usually mean some combo of fighting off interest...

Listening to them say that for 90 minutes is as painful as the lack of quality. Sadly we're always crap in preseason and then continue to be crap when the season actually starts. -
