Yes Thats an option too, but using Stanley Car Park as a Park and Ride is another option and would help alleviate pressure on the train network before and after the game.

Used the Park for decades. Thought the Park held a lot more than 1000 cars. Good shout to use shuttle buses from and back to. Was perfect for us using the M62 and East Lancs Rd. Idea might come to fruition after first 3 or 4 home games.

Would rather get the train and soccer bus. Why dont they do more soccer busses from the other stations instead of Sandhills? Or are they?

What's the fuss about walking. I haven't been to many stadiums where you don't have a 20min + walk. Yes, Sandhills is a mess but it's still what 15-20mins incline Vs 20-25mins flat. Even the nearest bendybus drop will take what 15mins+ to your...
