Go f@£& yourself you narrow-minded xenophobic idiot. I’ve probably been an Everton fan longer that you have lived. Thankfully 99.9% of Everton fans are incredibly welcoming and sound and think it’s great we travel over to support the club.

The pull of the new stadium would do that alone. If we start to do well then it's not even a question. We support Everton, not premiership football.

The only way we can do that is being increasing revenue. Goodison brings in around £750k per match. You’re looking at around £2 million per game with the new stadium. That’s a massive jump. I think its inevitable ticket prices will go up...

I think it will bring some in. Not in any huge numbers, though. The major uplift will be in ordinary supporters spending money on booze and food in a bigger, modern stadium with great facilities.

That’s quite a good angle as it blends in with the tobacco warehouse.

He’s not my hero mate, but the sheer money thrown into the club and having a world class stadium on the docks for the next few generations is how I’ll remember him.

The entire clip is about him and his clubs. Not much about how Everton have helped, how pleased he is to be at Everton, how he owes them for taking a chance. Mostly MK dons, Poch, Spurs and the world cup.

I actually think it's really disrespectful to his team mates, that when they are fighting to stay in the division, he is on live TV. I have every sympathy for him, but I disagree with this move.

There’s something truly wrong with the whole system. Look at spurs for example, they spend a lot every year, they’re now proper vultures they just wait for struggling clubs who have to sell their best players and then swoop in and take them...

The same fans didn’t cry when we spent that money.

I mentioned something yesterday to the same effect. We were finishing top 8, attracting managers like Carlo Ancelotti and at one point had a squad of decent quality like Richarlison, James Rodriguez, Digne, Gordon, Mina, prime Gana, prime...
