I reckon they'd both be in that c. 30m range with McAtee having the potential to go over and Doak under it. I think both have room for negotiation though.

This is only a guess ( of course) but I could see us buying a couple of players at £30m each and then bringing in frees and loans . For me the 2 most important positions and which potentially transform the team are CF and RW. After that RB and...

How much would McAtee go for? With Boyland suggesting the £30m fee for Delap was doable and that we could be in for as many as 10 players, it's hard to see us signing both McAtee and Doak. There might be one "push the boat out" domestic...

To be honest I think both of them walk into our team. We are crying out for pace and a goal.threat from the right and Doak appears to have that in he can reproduce his Championship form in the PL. As for McAtee he is a quality player and based...

Paddy mentioned behind-the-scenes incomings on the last few episodes of the Byline podcast he does, looks like Angus' team are just working on things without much fuss

That's a key appointment imo, no more leaving it till the last minute. We should have a transfer blueprint now for the summer window going forwards.

Im fairly sure it's from Ua meaning son of in Irish. The Vikings just used "son". Magnus(son) (O') Brien The Vikings did indeed get everywhere, including well documented forays into Ireland. The Irish also get everywhere. Based upon...

Indeed it largely seems so. Paddy Boylands piece this morning saying Nick Hammond already in place and Chris Howarth in as Head of Strategy. In talks with James Smith of Man City to become Head of Recruitment. He worked with Moyes in his first...

Still no confirmation of other "transfer committee" appointments. Kinnears interview suggested that these were all but made and that people would be happy with the quality of the appointments. Surely that suggests that they are done but perhaps...

There is nothing to suggest the third test event is behind schedule, is there? I'd imagine it can happen in close proximity to the first "real" game though the sooner the better. Perhaps they want to complete or have the fit-out largely done -...

I think it would make sense, despite people miffed about it. I don't like him but as a 4th choice it's fine. We have far more pressing problems than at CB and that can be a position to target next summer if needed.

Would be morale sapping as well as poor PR mate, you could just about understand him moving to City, but Personaly found the likes of Richarlison, Onana and Gordon moving to Spurs, Villa and Newcastle - clubs who’ve been rarely our peers being...

Tbf it didn’t Moshiri long to turn a top 7 out fit into a bottom 7 one, personally I see no reason why with one or two astute windows that can’t be reversed. This squad is nowhere near as bad as Dycheball off the back of amateur hour Fronk would...

Typical Echo. That and being specialists in who we won't be signing.
