Seems to be less talk of delays although we are in a quiet period after seasons end. Would be nice to see a start on the branding soon. The touch of colour will do a lot.

It eclipsed all of them combined probably. You'll come across one or two handy sides in this at the later stages, but if we were in it I'd be pretty disappointed if we didn't win it as well.

My grandad bought his seat from Spurs although they also sold him both pieces but no mechanism so you either have to build it yourself or buy something he is a bit of a hoarder so managed to find something suitable to fix it to!

Atleticos is very bad. Stripes never work anyway but that looks like it was given 2 minutes thought. You see absolutely great fan mock-ups for kits and then the real thing. I understand some caution for home kits but surely a bit more...

Most players in this situation with options will go for the glamour move. They won't be concerned about getting game time, it's all ego and $$$ and not cold football logic. We're not going to win in the majority of these cases. No harm in...

He obviously backs himself to do well at a team in the champions league. I don’t see what the fuss is about and if we had a decent scouting network across Europe, we would pick up a bargain with similar/better profile to Delap.

There'll probably be an agreement between all parties that Chelsea sign him and then we loan him (or another club) for a season to break him in

I get that view, I really do, but he was a focal point for a lot of kids who never had much else at the club to idolise. He may not be a legend performance wise, but I think he is an idol. Somebody who you know loves Everton like we do. Years...

Apparently he'll make his decision this week.

My only wish is that wherever he's going it's agreed soon. Don't want it dragging on for weeks on end. Fine if he signs, fine if he doesn't.

I agree with you, but I don't mind us offering a second chance to someone if it's on loan or otherwise lower risk. Moyes did that well in his first spell and we benefited though the market is not the same in that sense anymore. I wouldn't be...

I think we need to stay away from players like Antony and Grealish. We'll be making mistakes again. I don't want to be a club that players use to try and find their form again. We have to stay away from the so called big names

Still think there was some government influence to bring about the removal of (not so) covert Russian money from the UK’s headline sports export. Everyone knew we were really owned and very much funded by Usmanov. Mosh leaving the board of USM...

Not for me. Don't want to see another United cast off ever again playing in royal blue.

Moyes has been a breath of fresh air this second half of the season. Many reasons to be optimistic / positive while keeping feet on the ground. He definitely seems more self assured and relaxed this time around. Hasn’t been perfect and I think...
