I hugely doubt we were going to spend £30m on two players in January given we were still under threat from PSR, we only just about got the Alcaraz loan over the line
Oh, they've stabilised us. Kudos to them for that. But I've been alarmed by how unprepared they seem to have been for the crap show that faced them at Everton. They seemed suprised by Dyche being burned out, had no plan for a new manager for a...
Tend to agree with you. I can't knock the club for getting Grealish - but any genuine hopes of a new reboot were hamstrung the moment Keane and Coleman were retained.
Friedkins have disappointed, it has to be said.
I just think we’ve made good signings (Grealish, KDH) but also made some baffling decisions (keeping Keane and Coleman, no links to a RB for two months) so that’s as fair a criticism I can go

As much as he’s a hate figure for some, Calvert-Lewin probably would have done a bit more drifting back to look for the ball tonight which is what Beto should have done more, especially in that first half
Thought he was one of the best of a fairly uninspired bunch overall. Takes care of the ball well and can actually play some clever passes. Took a couple of really good corners as well.
Oh btw Bobble, Benj, Esk, ToffeeTransfers and so forth aren’t to blame for what the club does, they don’t buy the players, they don’t set the team up, they don’t run the day to day operations. Leave the personal grudges private and just ignore...
There has to be at least a free agent RB surely? I’m finding it truely baffling that there’s barely been anything since the Tete link back in late June
