Everyone isn't improving. Most teams are struggling to sign players and it remains to be seen whether the ones they have signed are better than the ones they had.

Its a long season ahead. Its better to make sure we get the right players in, even if it means a slightly sloppy start to the campaign. As much as i wanted things done quicker, we have to get the right ones in.
