I believe the issues that have plagued the broadcasting of 21s/18s games is now gone and they can be shown live at the same time as PL games so hopefully we get a lot more coverage. Wonder when the club are going to announce where the 21s are...

Ironically the day you post this, the day I repented and returned to the forum. (I will be paying for EvertonTV this year, £35 is probably enough for the 1.5 games per season we're given access to). Still waiting for the scholar announcements...
