There's an app called shop and it's got tracking, problem being it's simply been on "preparing shipment" for two weeks. So I should see a change tomorrow I guess.
As @blueloon suggested above, pinning them down for a tracking number is great advice. Nothing as frustrating as waiting on something you paid for and were promised by a certain date.

I've dropped a line to the shop and got an email saying it was due to ship tomorrow, that means I will receive it outside of their own window. Does that seem like they'd forgotten hmmm?
