Good morning all. I'm a bit stiff this morning- my knee hurts and I've got a fairly spectacular bruise across my stomach. I think I must have collided with the steering wheel. Other than that I seem to be OK. I am going to go to the doctor later.

Bit achy in my arms and midriff and a bit of tightness across the chest mate. But not sore sore, just a bit uncomfortable. It'll probably get worse though I imagine. Had a decent sleep last night. About to get a bit of brekkie before setting...

I was sceptical of the way Southern had them playing when he initially took over, but fair play they looked good at the end of the season and 3rd place was a great result given we could never challenge City and Utd this season.

Wow, such a relief to read that after the initial message , I’m glad you’re both ok and so far don’t seem to have suffered any lasting injuries, take care both.

Well we were stationary and in a queue of traffic so he couldn't really not accept responsibility. He just couldn't have been paying attention. But in fairness to him he was genuinely concerned and sorry. I stayed with Anj for about 90 minutes...
