Who wouldn’t want football to continue to be played on that famous pitch? For kids that haven’t yet been born to watch their heroes play at the legendary Goodison Park? A minority of our fanbase, it would seem. -

There's also that Howard Kendal Suite that has signed a 5 year lease with Peel, albeit those timescales would work fine as it will be a while before anything gets through preliminary design, planning and then to site. I expect TFG's interest...
