Wonder what it feels like to win games before September. I’m sure one year we’ll be treated to such luxuries.

Good step up in preparations today. Moved on from not scoring goals ourselves to gift wrapping goals for opponents. Bodes well.

But are any of those Sky favourites ready for our deadline day swoop for Jack Harrison and an out of contract Dominic Calvert-Lewin in a double swoop worth up to 10 MILLION POUNDS. Make that ‘Sky 6’ a ‘Sky 7’ lads.

    Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Despite new owners, it still seems the Everton hierarchy are surprised that buying better players costs more money. In another surprising twist, teams who currently own better players aren’t desperate to get rid of them. This will take some time for our new, elite negotiating team to get their...

    That’s a pretty low bar!

    2024/25 Jarrad Branthwaite

United were in desperate need of that champions league cash. The financial mess of their squad is like Everton on steroids. They’ve got players on obscene wages who they can’t get rid, a whole host of failed transfers who will cost them a fortune PSR wise. They need to bring in several new...

Where will we finish this season

Would be nice going into Sunday with 13th place secured. At roughly £3m per place, Moyes has gained us an extra £12m compared to the 17th place we were in when he took over. Justifies the decision to pay Dyche off. Might see the likes of Chermiti and Iroegbunam get a game against Newcastle.

    Hill Dickinson Stadium

For context, our gate receipts were £19m in the 23/24 accounts. So a £10m a year naming rights deal is pretty impressive in that context. Plus I’d guess there is a hope that the ground will bring in an extra £10-20m in additional gate receipts plus additional revenue from concerts/non-match day...

Agree. £12 million is about the difference in merit payments we'll pick up from finishing 13th/14th instead of 17th that we were heading for with Dyche in charge. Like you say, small change for someone who has racked up a few assists and a goal in limited appearances.

Match Thread Fulham 1-3 Everton – Saturday 10 May, 15:00

This Fulham manager seems to have built a team with a real identity and play good football. We could do with someone like that in charge of us.

    2024/25 Michael Vincent Keane

How many minutes will it be before he buffoons into midfield to make a header that he totally misses and leaves a gaping hole in the middle of our defence. I’m going for 12 minutes.

    2024/25 Beto

Get Kinnear to make an £80m offer on his last day at Leeds, then he can accept it on his first day at Everton.

    2024/25 Dwight McNeil

Like most of our current squad, he’s reasonably good at some things. Decent cross, scores the odd good goal. But like most of the current squad, has too many limitations. Too slow and too one footed. If we’re going to progress we need pacy, skilful wingers. It was too easy for Ipswich to just...

    2024/25 Beto

His reputation is still probably still relatively be positive in Italy. If someone is willing to pay £20m we should take it. He scores a few goals but his ability to control a ball would be embarrassing in an under 12s team. There was one in the first half that bounced about 25 yards away from...

    2024/25 Vitalii Mykolenko

Doesn’t offer much going forwards and key goals in our last 2 home games against City and Ipswich today have come from crosses on his side. Very, very average. The downgrade in our full backs from Coleman and Digne/ Coleman and Baines to Patterson and Mykolenko is a travesty.
