I can't say I'm an expert on the kid, but I watched 5 or 6 Derby games last season. He looked woeful in 1, average in another, but in the others he was the best player on the pitch. He's a baby surrounded by men and didn't look out of place.
I disagree. Being a premier League manager is better. Getting a £5m payoff for being absolutely shabite. Then walking into a new job and doing it again.
