These deals are sensible. I imagine if he looks great this season he will be given a bumper contract with increased wage. If he turns out average we probably just extend and sell him

Your team having a good stadium is a nice to have rather than a must have. Cant imagine the stadium makes up anymore than 5% of a players decision
