Honestly don’t get the clamour for Umbro, for me it’s the Sports Direct of the footie kits. We are moving into a brand new modern stadium, the next generation of Evertonian won’t want to be associated with a brand that was all the rage in the 70’s

But if the fee isn't that large your not really saving that much. Say 15 mill that's 7.5. if the fee was over say 30 35 100% with you. Get it off the books PDQ makes more sense to me with smaller ones
