For those of a certain age Years ago you could ring a telephone number for updates on your team You could spend 5 mins at premium rates to learn that a defender was injured and was out for 6 weeks or so All this had been reported on the papers...

Especially since he is getting it from his full time job that pays him. At least for journalists it is their full career.

I also find it “quite sad” that someone finds themselves in a privileged position to receive information from a club he, and all of us supports, and then chooses to profiteer from that opportunity by charging fellow blues to his sacred...
